What ReVault Manga stores
ReVault Manga stores account information needed for login, profile details, profile photos or avatar URLs, anime and manga tracking entries, progress, skipped episode notes, scores, favorites, group favorites, private notes, owned manga volume information, account privacy settings, friend requests and friend relationships, blocked-user records, profile reports, feedback you choose to submit, and limited support or purchase-related records needed to support optional tips.
Account information
If you create an account, ReVault Manga uses Supabase Authentication to manage your login session. Your email address is used for account access, email verification, and password recovery. Your username, display name, avatar URL or uploaded profile photo URL, and public/private visibility setting are stored in your ReVault Manga profile.
Anime and manga tracking data
Your shelf data may include titles you add, watching or reading status, episode or chapter progress, skipped episode notes, scores, favorites, group favorites, private notes, owned volumes, owned languages, times watched or read, group titles, group keys, and related tracking details. This data is used to sync your list across the website and mobile app.
Public profiles
New accounts are public by default. If your account is public, other users may see your username, display name, avatar, public shelf entries, statuses, progress, skipped episode notes, scores, owned manga summaries, favorites, group favorites, stats, and profile-level social controls. Your personal notes are private and are not shown to other users on public profiles.
Private accounts
You can make your account private from the Profile page or Data & Privacy Center. Private accounts may still appear in account search, but visitors only see that the account is private. Your shelf entries, favorites, stats, skipped episode notes, owned manga details, and personal notes are hidden from visitors while your account is private.
Friends, blocking, and reports
ReVault Manga stores friend requests and accepted friend relationships so users can manage friends and see friend-related title activity. If you report a profile, ReVault Manga stores the report reason, optional details, the reported account, report status, and optional owner review notes. If you block another user, ReVault Manga stores the block relationship so blocked profiles and public entries can be limited or hidden.
Feedback and support
If you submit feedback or a support request, ReVault Manga stores the feedback type, title, message, and contact information you provide. Feedback and support requests are used to improve the app, respond to issues, review safety concerns, and provide user support.
Tips and purchases
Optional website support is handled through Ko-fi. Optional iPhone app tips are handled through App Store in-app purchases and RevenueCat. ReVault Manga does not store full payment card numbers. Purchase and tip records may be processed by Apple, RevenueCat, Ko-fi, and related payment providers so tips can be completed, restored when applicable, and reviewed for support or compliance.
Third-party services
ReVault Manga uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, profile photos, account deletion, reports, blocking, friends, and syncing. Anime and manga metadata is loaded from Jikan and AniList. Optional iPhone app tips use RevenueCat and Apple in-app purchases. Optional website tips use Ko-fi. ReVault Manga is not affiliated with Jikan, AniList, MyAnimeList, anime studios, publishers, or rights holders.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion from the Account page. Deleting your account removes your profile, shelf entries, friend records involving your account, blocks involving your account, reports you submitted or reports tied to your account, and other account data that is not legally required to be kept. Some payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or compliance records may remain with Apple, Ko-fi, RevenueCat, or payment processors according to their policies.
Data safety
ReVault Manga uses database access rules to keep private shelf data private to each user account. Do not submit sensitive personal information in notes, skipped episode fields, feedback, support requests, profile text, or reports. ReVault Manga does not sell personal data or use third-party advertising tracking.
